No. Sera is an AI case assistant, not a lawyer, and SeraCase is not a law firm. It helps organize information and prepare questions; it does not provide legal advice or replace a qualified legal professional.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When paid or trial access ends, your information becomes review-only. Account and document deletion is scheduled 90 days later, subject to legal holds, required retention, security needs, and limited provider backup retention.
Is my data used to train AI models?
SeraCase does not train its own public model on your uploaded documents. Requested AI features may send necessary case context to the configured provider under its terms and our Privacy Policy. Review the AI Transparency and Privacy pages before uploading sensitive records.
